A big thank you to Sylvie for the black and white still. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
SYNOPSIS: A pleasant 1963 Disney movie. James Stacy plays the new school teacher in town, but this storyline is second to the main one involving Hayley Mills and her family having to move to a new town. Peter Brown(Lawman/Laredo) and character actor Burl Ives also feature. WHAT DID I THINK? For a typical Disney/Hayley Mills movie of this era there are no surprises and for enjoyable family entertainment, you couldn't do any better. James is at his handsome best, especially in those suits and so is Peter Brown I might add. I gave it 9/10 because it brought back great childhood memories of Saturday mornings at the picture theatre and James wasn't in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. |
