CHARACTER:   Doctor Chester Banning, Chief Administrator, Pratt Hospital

SYNOPSIS: 
After a major operation, a charity patient recovering in CCU(ICU)  dies.  Dr. Banning is prepared to suspend the accused, Doctor Taylor, because he feels Taylor will jeopardise his Affirmative Action programme and the hospital through a lawsuit.
Quincy discovers that the patient was murdered by a staff member and there appears to be more victims.
