SYNOPSIS: Det. Sgt. Ed Brown, Ironside's sidekick, is convinced Frank Vincent has murdered two of the three police officers who arrested Vincent, but he has no firm evidence.  He's also convinced Vincent is intent on murdering the third officer - him.
